With three core wedding planning experiences designed to meet couples wherever they are in the planning process, my services provide flexible, expert support at every stage. Whether you’re seeking hands-on wedding planning from start to finish or professional support focused on logistics, timelines, and seamless oversight, you’ll receive a thoughtful, process-driven planning experience that ensures every detail comes together seamlessly and your wedding day unfolds with ease.
Wedding Day Management
Often called day-of coordination or wedding coordination, the Wedding Day Management experience is SO much more than the day-of!
Three months prior to your big day, we will sit down to create a comprehensive timeline for all wedding events. Approximately 8 hours on the day of your wedding will be committed to managing the timing of the event throughout the entire day. From photographs, ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception, we will be there to ensure the events flow smoothly, stay on schedule, and are executed flawlessly.

Signature Wedding Experience
This is for the couple that have began the planning process but would like a little extra help with things. Beginning roughly 5-6 months prior to your wedding, we will iron out the details, finalize with vendors, and wrap up any loose planning ideas. With the extra meetings and time on-site the day of your wedding, we will make your wedding vision a reality with perfection!
This package starts at $3,500
Perfectly Planned Experience
This is the perfect package for the couple that doesn't know where to start, finds the whole process overwhelming, or struggles to make necessary decisions to get the day put together. Never fear, Bitterroot and Blue is here to help! Let us give direction to the process by pulling together all of your ideas and give them life. This package would ideally start shortly after becoming engaged or up to a year out from the desired wedding date.
